T-12S-20 Universal Magnetic Double-Sided Tooling

The T-12S Series of flexible precision first and second side magnetic universal tooling is the most advanced available without requiring difficult or time consuming operator set up or the expense of custom machined cavity plates. Regardless of PCB thickness or outside dimensions, the appropriate magnetic components are easily selected and installed for maximum X and Y support, fully framing all four sides of the substrate. Utilizing the etched numbered and lettered grid pattern, each set up can be recorded for repeatable accuracy. Typical set up time is less than 5 minutes. Also available with our magnetic vacuum support/hold down option.

T-1S-16 Universal Single-Side Tooling

The T-1S Series of tooling plates offers the most versatile removable or permanently fixed PCB attachment available for single-side printing. The tooling pin "slides" are held in place by dual set screws to insure movement-free pin positioning regardless of run size. Each plate comes with 2 park extension blocks and 2 dead stop blocks which are also used to firmly lock the plate into position. All decimal and metric pin sizes are available, as is our vacuum hold down option.
